The specifications below apply to the following ad formats: |
- In-Banner: where all text and graphics remain within the ad unit.
- Expandable Banner: where an advertisement can expand beyond the threshold of the ad unit on mouse-over or click-interaction.
- Pop-Under: where an ad appears under the page being viewed in a separate browser window.

| Animation/Looping Guidelines |
- There is no loop maximum, however total animation time for all loops combined may not exceed 15 seconds for banner ads and may not exceed 30 seconds for pop-under ads.
- Ads may not contain elements exhibiting persistent rapid/flashing animation.

| Audio Guidelines |
- Audio must be user-initiated.
- Audio shut-off functionality must be clearly visible and accessible to the user.
- The method of audio initiation and termination must be the same (e.g. roll-over, click).

| Video Guidelines |
- Video play can be host or user initiated.
- Video stop/play/pause functionality must be clearly visible and accessible to the user.
- Video play may not exceed 30 seconds in length.

| Pop-Under Guidelines |
- Window close functionality must be clearly visible and accessible to the user.
|
| Flash Coding and clickTAGs |
- Flash ads must conform to all Casale Media® design guidelines in addition to the Flash-specific requirements listed below.

| Guidelines for Flash Ads |
- Submission of a backup GIF or JPG image is preferred, but not required; images must not exceed the standard file sizes outlined in the chart above.
- The default 15 to maximum 18 frames per second setting should be used as a guideline.
- The background color should be set by creating a bottom layer of the desired color.
- The ad must be submitted in SWF format.
- The ad must not prompt the user to upgrade to a newer version of the Flash player.
- All Flash creative should employ the Flash Tracking Kit (clickTAG).
- Flash version 5 is recommended.

| Rich Media |
- Casale Media® supports polite, non-intrusive expandable rich media and JavaScript creative for all approved onscreen formats.
- Rich media creative must be served by a Casale Media® approved 3rd party; advertiser incurs all applicable serving fees.

| Ad Serving |
- Delivery Method: Standard Iframes, JavaScript.
- Technology Used: Casale Media® uses the OPTIMAX® campaign delivery and management platform. For more information about OPTIMAX®, please visit the technology section.
- Third-Party Ad Serving: Casale Media® accepts most third-party ad serving tags. Contact your account team for details.

| Frequency Capping |
- Frequency capping of your campaign ensures that you are always reaching new users. It allows you to control the number of times a target consumer is exposed to your ad over a specific block of time (e.g. 12 hours, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month). Frequency capping of any internal is possible.
- Our powerful technology and experienced account managers can determine the optimal frequency cap for your campaign to minimize the probability of oversaturation and optimize conversion. Typically, frequency caps range from 1 hour to 1 month. The 24 hour frequency cap is most commonly used.

- Standard: 3 business days
- Rich Media: 5 business days

| Late Creative Policy |
- Advertiser is still responsible for the media purchased pursuant to the Insertion Order.
